Analogue Days

Since 2009 Plamper has been photographing city- and landscapes for the series ‘Analogue Days’. She processes black & white photographs using old colour techniques and toner baths. Plamper looks for coincidence and strange, empty or quiet spaces to create pictures of alienation. In 2013 Plamper was asked by ARTznstad to photograph the HEMbrug terrain in Zaandam, a place of historical significance where the Ministry of Defence in 1895 was established.
